Unser Angebot für englischsprachige Beschäftigte

In unseren Betrieben arbeiten viele Beschäftigte aus anderen Ländern, die häufig viele Fragen rund um das Arbeiten in Deutschland haben. Z.B.: Worauf kommt es bei einem Arbeitsvertrag an? Wie unterscheiden sich tarifliche und AT-Arbeitsverhältnisse? Was machen eigentlich Betriebsräte? Und wie funktioniert das mit der Krankenversicherung in Deutschland?

Diese und viele weitere Fragen wollen wir beantworten und bieten deshalb drei online-Workshops auf Englisch an, in denen wir Grundlagen zum Thema „Arbeiten in Deutschland“ vermitteln.

Our offer for English-speaking employees

There are many employees from other countries working in our companies who often have many questions about working in Germany. E.g.: What is important in an employment contract? What is the difference between employment relationships covered by collective bargaining and non-tariff employment relationships? What do works councils actually do? And how does health insurance work in Germany?

We want to answer these and many other questions and therefore offer three online workshops in English in which we teach the basics of working in Germany.

The dates are:

29.11.23, 18-19:30: Social security systems in Germany – How do they affect me as an employee
